The FB Casement stiles are designed to integrate seamlessly with the new GB slider frame to create coordinated and aesthetically pleasing compositions. The GB and FB ranges also use the same multi-purpose section groove and are assembled in the same fashion.

Stiles and transoms are assembled using quarter-turn junction blocks, so the casement is installed with the frames ready assembled.

M U L T I - P U R P O S E   G A S K E T
The glazing gasket provides exterior and interior weatherproofing, offers exceptional crush resistance, and is quickly and easily installed as it moulds to the shape of the frame corners with no need for cuts and joins. Finally, double weatherstripping gives the FB Casment maximum air, water and wind resistance.

I D E N T I C A L   O P E N I N G   A N D   F I X E D   F R A M E   S E C T I O N S
Technal's 46mm sections offer the perfect balance between weight and inertia. They can also be strengthened with standard steel reinforcers (40 x 20 or 40 x 40)

The openimg and fixed frames thus accept the same glazing sites - with identical glazing beads, gaskets and wedges - and the stile sections can be used as transoms o\in opening lights.

V E R S A T I L E   S E C T I O N S
The FB Basic has identical opening and fixed frames and a water bar that acts as the water collector. The frames are also significantly lighter in weight, with up to 15% less aluminium used in some versions.


E A S Y   T O   I N S T A L L
FB stiles and transoms can be put together with quarter-turn junction blocks and installed with the frames pre-assembled. Assembly using screw sockets is also possible, of course.

H A N D Y   A C C E S S O R I E S
The new range of FB accessories has been designed with quality and attention to detail in mind. Inward-opening frames have an integrated casement stay and ventilation, and bottom-hung frames are fitted with a friction stay for easy cleaning and assembled with no need for special tools.

The pure lines and rounded shapes of the handles reflect Technal's desire to achieve a coordinated and elegant finish. Two models are available to provide continuity of style across FB casement frames and PG doors.

With the FB Basic range, you no longer need to change circular saw and crimping machine settings, as all section interfaces are identical.

Both versions of the FB casement frame are machined using Technal's Perfopack punch tool. That means np more milling, and precious time saved as a result.
